About Us
A group of teens on a mission
We are so excited to start serving the Foster Children of Lake Co. Indiana as of October 16th, 2022. Our team's goal is to show foster children that they are loved by supplying a comfortable place to sleep and full bellies.
The Need
Our local Department of Child Services has stated the largest request they receive, whether from foster families or kinship placements, is for beds, yet it is the most under donated item.
Foster Facts
In the state of Indiana there are roughly 6,200 licensed foster parents caring for the 13,000 children in the system. Many foster parents retire after their first placement, due to lack of support and caregiver fatigue.
